JOB BRIEF: Install new privacy screening and decking following architect plans
With architects plans we added decked balconies to expand the living space, with artistic screening for shelter and privacy. All immaculately crafted in all Australian hardwood. Decks were built in 140 x 32mm Supa deck with stainless steel screw fixings. Due to its height from ground level, balustrades were vertical stainless steel wire in a zig-zag configured pattern with a wide hardwood top rail.
To create a morning coffee spot we added a 450mm balustrade in compressed cement sheet to form a bench top. Very innovative, and so elegant.
