JOB BRIEF: Create a poolside oasis with shelter from the sun tying in with the gardens and existing patio area
In beachside Yaroomba, this decking project was based around an above ground concrete pool. The team custom designed and built this hardwood decking and constructed a contemporary pergola with interesting lines to draw the eye in. Owners wanted the structure to blend stylishly with the surrounding greenery whilst maintaining clear vision of the pool and the children’s play area behind. We achieved an ideal balance. The thick hardwood decking boards were stained black and the pergola left to naturally fade into grey. Looks amazing!
