JOB BRIEF: Decking for new home to match the rural setting
This was a huge deck wrapped around a new home in rural Belli Park near Kenilworth. With a paddock of cows watching on, the team crafted this 240 sqm deck on the newly built home. All under cover, cool and hard wearing.
To keep costs down, we used 90mm Yellow Balau hardwood decking with stainless steel screw fixings (with 18,000 pre drilled screws), a ramp and three sets of stairs. As well, we built 130 meters of cottage style timber balustrades and 120 meters of under deck screening. Big job, classy finish.
