JOB BRIEF: New hardwood deck from lounge with an insulated fly over roof.
This one came up a treat. The building was in a complex of four individual town houses, so access and available space was tight. We used 140mm Pacific Jarrah with stainless steel screw fixings and black vertical tube aluminium balustrades, and a hardwood top rail. The finish was beautiful.
Chunky 115 x 115mm hardwood posts were chosen for the roof, with a thick foam insulated Colorbond fly over roof system.
